URBAN ARCADE MACHINES are made by 80's arcade game enthusiasts. Using skills from different disciplines including computer modelling and design, cabinet construction, computer hardware configuration, and electronics, we aim to share our passion for the golden era of video gaming with the rest of Australia.

If you're like me, back as a teenager in the eighties you would have given pretty much anything to own your own Space Invaders machine, or Galaxian machine, or maybe a Pac-Man. When I found out how far the emulation community had come with software like MAME, I was blown away. After I made my first cabinet my friends were too.
